2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose of their use

a) When visiting our website

When you visit our website www.seufert.com, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

• IP address of the requesting computer

• The date and time of access

• Name and URL of the downloaded file,

• Website from which access is made (referrer URL),

• the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

The data listed will be processed by us for the following purposes:

• for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest arises from the purposes listed above for data collection. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you personally.

In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. For further explanations, please refer to the section 4 and 5 of this data protection policy.

b) When registering for our Newsletter

As far as you declared your consent according to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR we will use your email-address to send you our newsletter regularly. To receive our newsletter the statement of an email-address will be sufficient.

The deregistration is always possible, for example by using the Link at the end of each newsletter. You may also inform us by email through the email-address stopnewsletter@seufert.com if you wish to deregister.

c) When using the contact form

For questions of any kind we are offering the possibility to contact us through a contact form on our website. I is necessary to state a valid email-address in order to be able to respond and to know who sent us the message.

The legal basis for processing of the data for the purpose of getting in contact is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily declared consent.

The data processed for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after the completion of your inquiry.

3. Sharing of data

Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for reasons other than those listed below.

We will only share your personal information with third parties if:

• you have expressly consented to this under Art. 6 (1)lit. a GDPR,

• the disclosure in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding interest in not disclosing your data,

• in the event that disclosure in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR is a legal obligation, provided

• this is legally permissible and in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR is required for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

4. Cookies

We use cookies on our site. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. Cookies do no damage to your end device, do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malware.

Information is stored in the cookie that results in each case in connection with the specifically used terminal device. However, this does not mean that we immediately become aware of your identity.

5. Analytical Tools

a) Tracking tools

The tracking measures listed below and used by us are based on Art. 6 para. 1 page 1 lit. f GDPR. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure that our website is designed to meet requirements and is continually optimised. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our offer. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate under of the aforementioned provision.

The respective data processing purposes and data categories can be found in the corresponding tracking tools.

i) Google Analytics

For the purpose of customising and continually optimising our pages, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; im Folgenden „Google“). In this context, pseudonymised user profiles are created and cookies (see under Section 4) is used. The information generated by the cookie about the use of this website such as the

• operating system used,

• referrer URL (the previously visited website),

• host name of the accessing computer (IP address),

• time of the server request,

will be sent to a server hosted by Google Inc. in the United States. The information is used to evaluate the use of the website, to compile reports on advertising activities and to provide further services associated with the use of the website and the Internet for the purposes of market research and demand-oriented design of these Internet pages. This information may also be transferred to third parties, provided this is legally required, or to the extent that such third parties process the information. b) Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

In order to measure statistically the use of our website we use the online advertising program "Google AdWords", and in this context, conversion tracking for the purpose of optimizing our website. A cookie (see n° 4) for conversion tracking is placed by Google AdWords when a user gets to our website by clicking on an ad inserted by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, and do not serve to personally identify users. When visiting certain pages of the website of the AdWord-client and the cookie has not expired, Google and the client can recognize that the user had clicked on the advertisement and was forwarded to the site.

Each visitor who arrives at our site via Google AdWords receives a different cookie. Therefore the cookies may not be tracked by the websites. The information collected with the help of the conversion cookie serves to create conversation statistics for AdWord-clients that have decided to use conversion tracking.

The AdWords-clients learn the total number of users who have clicked on our advertisements, and were forwarded to a website that has a conversion tracking tag. They do not receive any information that allows identifying a user personally.

If you do not wish to participate in tracking you may easily deny, delete or deactivate the Google conversion tracking cookie – for example in the user settings of the internet browser that deactivate the automatically placement of cookies. 6. Integration of YouTube

Our website uses plugins from YouTube, which is operated by Google. The operator of the pages is YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

If you visit one of our pages featuring a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. Here the YouTube server is informed about which of our pages you have visited.

If you're logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube allows you to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

YouTube is used to help make our website appealing. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.

7. Integration of Google Maps

We use Google Maps functions on this website. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables your convenient use of the map function.

When you visit this website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding sub-page of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under Section 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. This takes place regardless of whether Google makes available a user account via which you are logged in or no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your information will be directly associated with your account. If you do not wish to be associated to your Google profile, you must first log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or requirements-oriented design of its website. • to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you may obtain information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data, if this has not been collected by us, and requires the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, where appropriate, meaningful information about its detail;

• to immediately request the correction of incorrect or complete personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR;

• to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;

• according to Art. 18 GDPR to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, as far as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you reject its deletion and we no longer need the data, but you need this to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;

• pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, current and machine-readable format or to request its transfer to another responsible person;

• pursuant to Art. 7 (3) GDPR to revoke your consent to us at any time. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue processing data based on this consent in the future and

• to complain to a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our practice headquarters.

9. Right of objection

If your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, you have the right in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR to object to the processing of your personal data if there are reasons for this which arise from your particular situation or if the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which we will honour without specifying a particular situation.

10. Data security

We are using on our website the SSL-procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the highest level of encryption that is supported by your browser. Usually this is a 256 bit encryption. If your browser does not support a 256 bit encryption we are using the 128 bit v3 Technology. You can recognize by the closed image of the key-symbol in th lower status bar of your browser that a single pages of our website is transmitted encrypted.

Besides we are using appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or deliberate manipulation, the partial or total lost, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures will be regularly improved according to the technological progress.

11. Validity and amendment of this data protection declaration

This privacy policy is currently valid and has the status as of May 2018.
