2. Collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose of their use
a) When visiting our website
When you visit our website www.seufert.com, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

b) When registering for our Newsletter
As far as you declared your consent according to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR we will use your email-address to send you our newsletter regularly. To receive our newsletter the statement of an email-address will be sufficient.
The deregistration is always possible, for example by using the Link at the end of each newsletter. You may also inform us by email through the email-address stopnewsletter@seufert.com if you wish to deregister.
c) When using the contact form
For questions of any kind we are offering the possibility to contact us through a contact form on our website. I is necessary to state a valid email-address in order to be able to respond and to know who sent us the message.
The legal basis for processing of the data for the purpose of getting in contact is Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily declared consent.
The data processed for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after the completion of your inquiry.

• this is legally permissible and in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR is required for the processing of contractual relationships with you.

a) Tracking tools
The tracking measures listed below and used by us are based on Art. 6 para. 1 page 1 lit. f GDPR. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure that our website is designed to meet requirements and is continually optimised. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our offer. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate under of the aforementioned provision.
