Social responsibility is woven into the fabric of our corporate culture. Although our company operates internationally, we have strong regional ties

and we prefer to exercise our commitment locally. Our partnership with the Heinrich-Böll Gesamtschule, a secondary school in Rodgau, is aimed at introducing students to the world of business and employment. We are helping to improve career counselling and preparation for young people in order to ease the transition from school to training and employment. Our partnership is based on a long-term co-operation agreement.

We also promote employees' involvement with community projects which are dear to them and where their skills can make a difference. Environmentally friendly production is anchored in our corporate vision. We strive to achieve and increase sustainability every day.
