Middle of the 1990th Seufert was faced with a major challenge when the company got into economic difficulties. But yet again they found a convincing solution. The employees trusted in their company and founded Seufert Transparente Verpackungen GmbH via an employees' owned cooperation and Ileos Group, France. Since then the company has been profitable and Ileos' shares were bought back in 2011.
